Shipping (United States)
All orders are shipped from our factory warehouses in Southern California. We ship orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping methods are up to our discretion. Notification and confirmation of shipping will be given once products are shipped. All orders within the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) are FREE! Puerto Rico must pay separate shipping.
We have many international customers and we try to provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, if you wish to order from outside of the USA, we request that you contact us by phone or email for a custom quote. Due to the high incident of fraud in certain countries, we require identity validation from customers from certain countries. These countries include Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, Africa (excluding South Africa), all countries in the Middle East. Customers from these destinations MUST provide us with a copy of a valid photo identity card, and the front and back of the credit card BEFORE they order. This information can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 305-395-6893. Once this information is received and verified, we will email you and give you further instructions on ordering. We realize this is an inconvenience to legitimate customers and we apologize.
All products are labeled as merchandise with the correct value. Do not ask us to mislabel the package.
