Back Products Online ™ products are produced for and distributed exclusively by K3 Enterprises, Inc. Orders must be made using our secure online ordering system. We use a secure online shopping cart combined with the PayPal secure online payment system and accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). To pay by credit card or PayPal account, choose "Secure Online PayPal Payment" and proceed.
You can also pay by check or money order. Simply use the secure online ordering system and choose "Pay by Mail (Printable Order Form)" to print out your order and mail it to us along with your payment. Make all checks or money orders payable to K3 Enterprises, Inc.
Please note that all orders will appear on your credit card statement as K3 Enterprises. We do not accept telephone orders at this time. However, if you have a questions, we do answer our emails as quickly as possible.
All Payments are in US funds only.
For telephone orders, please call our 800 number at 877-977-2225 from 9 am to 5 pm PST. We do not offer 24/7 phone assistance at this time.
All credit cards will be billed as K3 Enterprises. Please make a note of this.
Shipping (United States)
All orders are shipped from our factory warehouses in Southern California. We ship orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Shipping methods are up to our discretion. Notification and confirmation of shipping will be given once products are shipped. All orders within the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) are FREE! Puerto Rico must pay separate shipping.
We have many international customers and we try to provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, if you wish to order from outside of the USA, we request that you contact us by phone or email for a custom quote. Due to the high incident of fraud in certain countries, we require identity validation from customers from certain countries. These countries include Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, Africa (excluding South Africa), all countries in the Middle East. Customers from these destinations MUST provide us with a copy of a valid photo identity card, and the front and back of the credit card BEFORE they order. This information can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 305-395-6893. Once this information is received and verified, we will email you and give you further instructions on ordering. We realize this is an inconvenience to legitimate customers and we apologize.
All products are labeled as merchandise with the correct value. Do not ask us to mislabel the package.

Our corporate offices are located in Miami, Florida. Therefore, Florida residents are subject to 7.5% sales tax. International customers may be subject to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving the package, but we do not collect or know what the amount of these taxes are. Check with your country's tax authority.
Lifetime (20 Year) Warranty
All of our products are proudly made in the USA using only premium quality materials. We offer a limited Lifetime Warranty (20 Years) on defects and workmanship. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the memory foam for any freight damage or manufacturer's defects and report to us within 3 days. Memory Foam damaged in shipping will be exchanged for another new item at no cost to the customer. Customer has 90 days from the time the item is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price less the original delivery and return shipping costs. Returned memory foam items must be received in "like new" condition in the original packaging and materials. Memory Foam items not in the original box cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code or they will be refused by our receiving department. Customer must call 877-977-2225 from 9 am to 5 pm PST to obtain a Return Authorization. Please see our Warranty Page for full details.
Customers that cancel or refuse delivery of shipped merchandise will be charged for all actual shipping costs and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Customers who cancel their order prior to shipment will be assessed a 6% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, due to the custom nature of many of our products, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your shipment within the time ranges shown above, please email us so we can address the problem.
Associates & Partners
K3 Enterprises offers some of its products through associations and partnerships with online and physical retail outlets, and other affiliate programs. Any issues regarding products puchased through these outlets must be addresses with the merchant that you purchased the products from. Each will have its own return policies and support programs.
